Vision of the 3D Character Chaplain
The vision of the 3D Character Chaplain program is to reach into the community in practical ways such as character training. Character is a simple foundation that is greatly lacking in our culture. This lack of character leads to poor behavior and relationships in every area of life. The workplace, government, schools, family and every other area of America is effected when people lack good character.
Character Chaplains seek to re-establish the basic foundation of character through simple everyday interaction, teaching and relationships. The benefit is enormous. For example; employers see increased attendance, increased production and fewer workplace conflicts.
3D Character Chaplains are uniquely trained and equipped to deal with the whole person spirit, soul and body. Chaplains are trained in basic health, pastoral counseling, spiritual issues and other specialized areas. This gives the chaplain the unique ability to interact about basic character building and offer other assistance as needed. A person may call upon the chaplain to perform weddings, funerals or pastoral counseling to help resolve marriage or family conflicts. The chaplain may also be called on to help develop a healthier lifestyle, grow spiritually, overcome addictions or visit during a hospital stay.
3D Character Chaplains are sensitive to their settings and the belief systems of the people they work with. Therefore, character is the primary focus and other services are offered on an opt in basis. It is the vision of 3D Character Chaplains that once a quality relationship is established people are more open to seeking help for challenges in their lives. For far too long, good relationships have been pushed aside for time and production. Character Chaplains work to re-establish healthy relationships through coffee breaks, lunches and short interaction focused on character.
